• All our Templates are on pre-order as they are personalized for each pet, based on the details in the customisation form These items have a processing time of 1-2 working days, due to the nature and complexity, where the specific pet types and colors and layouts, have to be modified.

• Your digital pet journal will be emailed to you once the product is ready.

• Once your digital files have been sent or downloaded, your order is considered complete.
